Welcome to Mule Deer Country!

Mule Deer - Rifle Hunts
Our 4-day prairie Mule Deer hunts are highly sought after and are operated in the wide open prairies of Southern Alberta (WMUs 104, 106).
Hunting is only allowed Wednesday through Saturday during each week in November. Tactical Adventures & Outfitting gives you the experience of a lifetime; the mule deer in 104 and 106 WMUs are some of the most magnificent animals you will ever see. Both of these WMUs are on a extremely limited amount of allocations which takes pressure off of these animals and gives the hunter the best chance to harvest one of these bucks. The hunter will see a lot of bucks including some trophies, Tactical Adventure and Outfitting will offer the best chance to bag one of these trophy bucks and send you home with some great stories to tell your buddies. Because of the extremely limited mule deer allocations, your chances will be very high to get a 160 or higher mule deer. From the north slopes of the Sweetgrass Hills on the Montana border to the rugged Milk River Valley, exists some of the most beautiful yet challenging terrain around. The spot and stalk method is the most effective technique of hunting these monsters. Tactical Adventures & Outfitting uses a combination of 4x4’s as well as leveraging our knowledge of the terrain during our spot and stock to get you as close to that monster buck as possible. This will be an action packed adventure that may go down as the one most exciting experiences in all your hunts!!
The season for these hunts is from November 1 to November 30 (Wednesday to Saturday ONLY).
Mule Deer - Archery Hunts
Tactical Adventures & Outfitting Prairie Archery Mule Deer hunts are very sought after because of the size and quality of Mule Deer bucks. These Mule Deer hunts offer a wide range of habitat on private and lease land in these WMU’s. Muleys are our highest demand hunts and are operated in the wide open prairies of Southern Alberta(WMUs 104, 106). These hunts are definitely action packed hunting experiences where a hunter typically sees lots of bucks and usually some serious trophies. The extremely limited number of allocations available for non resident hunters makes these hunts the most desirable, high demand archery Mule Deer hunts in Alberta due to the very limited pressure on the Muleys. Transportation during these hunts is generally by 4x4 with moderate to extensive walking required depending on your level of physical fitness. During these hunts, we will do lots of spotting, walking and careful, planned approaches in open country.
We conduct these hunts annually from September 1 > October 31.
